Mrs. Barron, who joined the company in 2013, enjoys assisting clients by providing them with timely guidance and support. She works very closely with each of her colleagues, and can skillfully offer a wealth of suggestions and ideas.
Kaylee also successfully manages a myriad of tasks and projects to ensure that each homeowner has a great experience and that their needs are always being handled.
Public Relations Practitioner
In her important role, Mrs. Barron is essentially a public relations practitioner. She always puts forth a happy, helpful approach to help fulfill every customer’s concern or issue. In some cases, she can clear up misunderstandings, and make a challenging situation become a fulfilling experience for the client.
Kaylee is the connecting link between upper management and the shop workers, installers and showroom personnel. As a result, Kaylee helps each of the company’s other departments to achieve their goals by providing effective follow-up queries as well as clear communications.
Fluent in American Sign Language
A graduate of North Canton Hoover High School in North Canton, Ohio, Mrs. Barron was a member of her school’s choir. She and her husband, Andy, have three daughters; Izabella, Aubrey and Zoey, as well as a canine named Mia. In her spare time, Kaylee enjoys scrapbooking, reading and playing with her daughters.
